We, undersigned,XXX Co., Ltd. hereby certify that PT. XXX is an authorized DISTRIBUTOR for the sale of our following products:
我司，XXX有限公司，兹证明PT. XXX为我司授权分销商，允许销售以下产品：
 
 
DISPOSABLE MEDICAL MASK (non-sterile)
一次性使用医用口罩（非灭菌）
 
1. PT. XXX is therefore authorized to sell the above machinery and committed provide service for it in the territory of Indonesia.
PT. XXX公司被授权可销售以上产品，并提供相关服务在印度尼西亚区域。
 
2. PT. XXX is also authorized to register our products to any regulating body as necessary as Ministry of Health and Ministry of Trade Republic of Indonesia.
PT. XXX也被授权依照印尼共和国卫生部和商务部的需要在管理单位注册我司产品。
 
3. The term if this Letter of Agreement is from 27-08-2021 to 27-08-2022; 
本合约有效期为27-08-2021 to 27-08-2022
 
4. This letter of Agreement expires automatically on 27-08-2022 and puts no obligation whatsoever on  Suining Motianshidai Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. to conclude any new agreement with PT. XXX or to pay any compensation PT. XXX due to the expire of this Letter of Agreement. 
本合约于27-08-2022自动过期，此后PT. XXX的分销行为我司不再承担任何法律PT. XXX 责任。
 
5. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
        本合同以中文和英文两种文字写成，执行中如有异议，以中文为准。
