Our Sole agent in the territory of Yemen with ample and sufficient power to authorize, offer, commercialize, sell, distribute, import and supply our products Anesthesia Machine Atlas N3, as well as to exercise all administrative acts necessary before tlie corresponding authorities, and fulfill all necessary procedures in a good way to register our products under our brands, with the faculty to surrogate powers and at the same time to revoke such powers to third parties if necessary.
This authorization is valid for (3) Years from the date of signature and subjected to renewal automatically fbr the same unless it is terminated or amended according to their internal detailed agreement
Both parties shall always attempt to settle any disputes in an amicable way. Should such attempts fail, then parties hereby agree to submit disputes to competent court of India.
