TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We XXX CO., LTD. confirm that ingredients and concentration of our products to be shipped to XXX.CO FOR TRADE & AGRICULTURAL SERVICES in the REPUBLIC OF YEMEN match our certificate of analysis based on our enterprise analyze methods. All business should be negotiated through friendly discussions.
In case that result of analysis for our products that is approved or checked by official laboratory, does not match our certificate of analysis and label information; we commit & obligate to take our products back to our factory and guarantee to refund the payment in full. This commitment can be considerd as an advance agreement for re-shipment of such products to a country of origin.
Note: Fertilizers containing percent of sodium exceeding 1.5% Or the chlorine more than 1%, should not be permitted to be imported to Yemen.
