We, XXX LIMITED., as a manufacturer of Multi-Parameter Patient Monitors, Anesthesia Machines and ICU Ventilators under the “XXX” brand name having our head office located at XXX., PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA., do hereby authorize.,
 
XXX (PVT) LTD.,
XXX SRI LANKA
 
As our authorized distributor for the full range of  “XXX”  products as below for the territory of The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka((Hereafter named “Sri Lanka”)
Patient monitor
Anesthesia machine
Ventilator
 
We hereby extend full guarantee and warranty for our goods offered by the above firm as our authorized distributor to carry out preventive and corrective after-sales support for our products during and after the warranty period.
 
Therefore, we do hereby request your kind assistance to our distributor in registering our products with NMRA of Sri Lanka.
 
This authorization remains valid until 31st December 2022 unless Northern Meditect Limited informs XXX (PVT) LTD the agreement will be invalid by e-mail or letter five days in advance. The authorization will be renewed thereafter.
