1.The assignor is the beneficial owner and proprietor of VENTAA trademark and copy right of the pack and design of VENTAA Oatmeal 60g by 10 (600g)

2.The assignee has no right in whatsoever nature on the brand name VENTAA and copy right of the pack and design of the brand VENTAA

3. The assignee has agreed to manufacture VENTAA Oatmeal and accepted to supply in the pack of VENTAA design and copy right of the VENTAA brand to the assignor as per the assignors order.

4.The assignee has agreed and accepted that the assignee will not manufacture or supply or give any information concerning VENTAA to anybody or any company without a written permission signed by the director of ASSIGNOR

5.The assignee also has agreed and accepted that under any circumstances the assignee will not register VENTAA brand name with or without design copy right or brand name in China or any other countries.

6.The assignor has the right to register the product with NAFDAC, market and distribute the VENTAA Oatmeal in Nigeria.
