POWER OF LEGAL REPRESENTATION

 
 
XXX Co., Ltd. located in XXX, China, confer special power on behalf of the XXX (Laenmed), resident in Managua, Republic of Nicaragua and identified with Unique Taxpayer Identification Number J031XXX and/or Karina XXX, to act on behalf of XXX Co., Ltd., exercises it with the following powers:

(a) Register, Import, Distribute and market the following products of XXX Co., Ltd. in the territory of Nicaragua.
(b) To delegate special authorizations to pharmaceutical professionals to enable them to carry out health registration procedures with the appropriate authorities of the Ministry of Health;
(c) To grant special authorizations to carry out procedures, permits, consistency with tax health institutions and intellectual property. Revoke whatever it deems convenient to the pharmaceutical professional and delegate its representation again;
(d) To pay taxes, fees of any kind necessary for the authorization of appropriate health records;
(e) Represent before authorities in administrative, judicial or extrajudicial acts in their capacity as Legal Representative, having the powers inherent to this type of mandate, according to the laws of their country: Karina XXX is also empowered to sign, request and issue the documents and any certification that is necessary for the correct performance of this mandate, on behalf of the granting company.
