First: The subject of the contract                                                                                                                                        
the first party agreed to continue  the designation of the  second party as an agent for  a scent diffusion machine
 (HS-2001)  .
Second: Scope of Contract
The scope of this  commercial agency (the State of Kuwait)
Third: The duration of the contract
The duration of this contract ( three year ), renewable for a similar period unless one of the  other parties notified its intention to terminate it in advance for a minimum period (two months) from the date of expiry of the contract..
forth: Signature and ratification
This contract shall be effective from 01/08/2021
