SUPPLY CONTRACT
This Supplier Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of July ____, 2021 , between XXX CO., LTD of XXX China. (“Supplier”), and XXX INC. of XXX Philippines (“Buyer”). 1. Commodity : Supplier agrees to sell, and Customer agrees to buy , the following products (the “Goods” in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement: 1a. Product Name: 1. Plywood 2. Ply Board 3. Particle Board 4. Wood Flooring 5. And other Wood Related Products 1b. Volume : 500 cubic meters 2. Purchase Order: The Buyer shall provide the Supplier with purchase order indicating the commodity, quantities ordered and date of delivery. The Supplier shall be free to accept or to refuse purchase order without any reason. The Supplier shall accept a purchase order by notifying it’s acceptance in a form of Proforma Invoice, which shall determine the price of commodity and other conditions. 3. Price and Payment: Full amount by Telegraphic Transfer in advance, upon order confirmation. 4. Delivery : Commodity shall de delivered to port in the Philippines as date agreed by the Supplier and the Buyer. Supplier shall provide Buyer notice of delivery 5 days before departure of commodity from the port of origin. 5. Term : This “Agreement” shall be for a period of Five (5) years, Starting on July ___, 2021 and end on July ___, 2026. Both the parties agree to the above agreement and thus provide their signature below.
