Both parties hereby agree as follows:
Article (1): Products
XXX CO become distributor of all products manufactured by XXX Co..Ltd
Article (2) : Business territory of the Distributor
The territory of the distributor is EGYPT.
Article (3): Validity
The validity of this agreement from 15^lh December 2021 till 15"' December 2022 and It will be renewed automatically for another period unless terminated by either party
Article (4): Term of payment
The term of payment is Wire Transfer in advance.
Article (5): Currency
The deal between the two parties will be in US dollar ($ ).
Article (6): Termination
- If either party wants to terminate this agreement, he should notify the other party 3 months prior notice. by e- mail or fax.
Article (7);
This contract makes two copies in English, being kept one by each party tor due acknowledgment.
