Distribution Authorization Letter
XXX. 2021 We XXX Co., Ltd., office in The West of XXX CHINA, manufacturer of the following products: washing powder, laundry detergent, detergent; hereby authorize to: Company: XXX S.A. CUIT: XXX Address: XXX Argentina For free to sell and take the following actions with respect to the products mentioned above: 1. Product Registration Brand: XXX Models: Matic and Regular. PACKING of: 400g/bag, 800g/bag, 3000g/bag (the bag´s material is plastic). 2. Import XXX S.A. 3. Offer and promotion According the producing cost; 4. Sales & Marketing Argentina, Inner and out of China; 5. After Sales Service 6. And all kinds of marketing linked to the successful incorporation of the above products to the Argentine market. We XXX Co., Ltd. undertake that in the event that some of the products mentioned are discontinued, suffer withdrawals from the market or take field actions in force we will inform Company: XXX S.A. the action that should be applied respectively. This authorization applies from 01/08/2021 to 31/07/2024 for a period of 3 years. Once this period is completed, it will be automatically renewed unless one of the parties wants to conclude this agreement. Responsibilities must be stipulated in the Distribution Agreement signed by both parties. ----------------- Signature and stamp: XXX Co., Ltd. CUIT: XXX Dirección:XXX, Argentina Sin restricciones para vender y tomar las siguientes acciones con respecto a los productos mencionados anteriormente: 1. Registro del producto Marca: XXX Modelos: Matic y Regular. Forma de Presentación: 400g / bolsa, 800g / bolsa, 3000g / bolsa (el material de la bolsa es plástico). 2. Importar XXX S.A. 3. Oferta y promoción Según el costo de producción; 4. Ventas y marketing Argentina, dentro y fuera de China; 5. Servicio postventa 6. Y todo tipo de marketing vinculado a la incorporación exitosa de los productos anteriores al mercado argentino. Nosotros, XXX Co., Ltd., nos comprometemos a que en caso que algunos de los productos referidos sean discontinuados, sufran retiros del mercado, o se adopten acciones de campo vigentes informaremos a XXX S.A. las medidas que deberán ser aplicadas respectivamente. La presente autorización rige desde el 01/08/2021 hasta el 31/07/2024, por el plazo de 3 años. Una vez finalizado dicho plazo, la misma será renovada automáticamente a menos que una de las partes desee concluir el presente acuerdo.
