2. Black&white ultrasound systems
 
for PT. XXX (head office at XXX South Sulawesi – Indonesia) under the Brand Name of "Brand ?" which by default authorized PT.XXX to register and sell Shenzhen XXX Technology Co., Ltd products under "Brand ?" brand. Detailed model names are in appendix A.
This agreement takes effect on July 21st 2021 and will be valid for 5 years.
